Fibretron is dedicated to creating a welcoming, safe, and respectful event (including our social media spaces) for everyone.

Commitment to Inclusion

We value and respect all individuals, regardless of race, age, culture, ability, weight, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or socio-economic status.

Unacceptable Behaviour

Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate actions of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes:

• Threats or intimidation
• Hurtful language
• Physical assault or inappropriate contact
• Unwelcome sexual attention
• Bullying, stalking, or unwelcome recording

Anyone engaging in such behavior may be cautioned or removed from the event.

Reporting Issues

If you feel unsafe or witness harassment, notify a Fibretron team member (in hi-viz vests) immediately. We are here to ensure everyone feels safe and supported throughout the event.
